2. Reservations and Cancellations

  • Reservation Process: All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Mesob.

  • Late Arrivals Policy: We grant a 15-minute grace period for all confirmed reservations. If your party has not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation time, Mesob reserves the right to mark the reservation as a no-show and release the table to other guests.

  • Cancellations: We ask that you provide as much notice as possible for any cancellation or change to your reservation. No cancellation fees are charged for cancellations, but courtesy notice is appreciated.

  • Party Size: We require accurate party size information. Changes to party size may affect table availability and must be confirmed with the restaurant in advance.

3. On-Premises Conduct and Venue Rules

  • Age Restrictions: Service and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly limited to patrons 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual.

  • Damage: Customers are liable for any willful or negligent damage caused to the property, fixtures, or fittings of Mesob Restaurant and Bar.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, menus, logos, and trademarks (including the name Mesob Restaurant and Bar) displayed on the Website are the property of Mesob and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mesob Restaurant and Bar provides its services and Website on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or the dining experience, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
